Sunset view from the Beach house, looking towards Cape d'Or and Spencer's Island - some lucky people are having a bonfire on the beach!

The second floor balcony is a great place to view the Bay of Fundy all hours of the day and night. An outdoor light lets you sit outside and read, and outdoor plugs will even let you bring up your laptop and cruise the world as you enjoy the view and the sound of the waves.

This aerial photo was teken by Stephen Homer for "Tidal Life: A Natural History of the Bay of Fundy" written by Harry Thurston. The Beach House is at the end of the point of land on your left. The picture shows how the tide flows through the channel on your right, so that the marsh is filled at high tide. This book is packed with fabulous pictures and an incredible amount of information about the Bay of Fundy.

Many thanks to Stephen and Harry for permission to use this wonderful picture.
