Nova Scotia has many beautiful golf courses. When you're at our Central Nova Scotia cottage on the beach, you'll be able to golf at the Parrsboro Golf Club. This short (2343 yards) nine hole course is located right on the shores of Minas Basin on the Bay of Fundy. .When playing number two hole, golfers can look across the sea and see in the distance the towns of the Annapolis Valley and Parrsboro. The number two hole has a drop of 200 feet to the beach.

The Parrsboro Golf Club is host to the Parrsboro Open, a Pro-Am Tournament held in September, when the finest players in Atlantic Canada vie for cash and prizes. The club also plays alternating host to the senior golf League Tournaments as well as a Ladies Field Day event, with the surrounding clubs of Amherst, Pugwash, Springhill and Sackville, New Brunswick.

The club's course is a 9-hole course with three par 3 holes one of which is uphill and blind. The other holes are all par 4s. The course is rated at 62 Slope 97 on the middle tees by the standards of the Royal Canadian Golf Assn Slope System for Handicapped Course Rating.

The course is open from May to October with membership and greenfees available at a reasonable cost.
