The office started out as a laundry room. Once the walls were up, it seemed a pity to have such gorgeous views used for a washing machine, so it became the office.
A drop leaf table is used as a desk, and a wash stand is used as a table for the fax machine. Connection to our wireless highspeed internet service is in the dining room - so that you can watch the view as the Bay of Fundy tides fill and empty the marsh.

The office can be used as a private sleeping area. A day bed makes into a double bed or two singles. During the day, the day bed is covered by a quilt Liz bought at a garage sale in Advocate and pillows she had originally made for the sun room in her house in Toronto.
